These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SawPlan mobile application
(“SawPlan,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing, or using SawPlan, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. 
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the application.

2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable app store rules,
SawPlan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license
to use the application for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license is a grant of use, not a transfer of ownership. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify, adapt, or copy the application or its materials
• Use the application for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software contained in SawPlan
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the application

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

SawPlan and all related content, features, design, calculations, text, graphics,
and software are the property of SawPlan and are protected by applicable
intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you enter into the app. All such data remains stored locally on your device.

4. Disclaimer

SawPlan is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind,
either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SawPlan disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of calculations

SawPlan is intended as a planning and assistance tool only. Users are responsible for
verifying measurements, calculations, and outputs before use in real-world applications.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SawPlan shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Equipment damage
• Personal injury
• Measurement or cutting errors

Use of the application is at your own risk.

6. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing in SawPlan may include technical or typographical errors.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the application’s calculations
or materials are error-free, complete, or current.

You are solely responsible for verifying all measurements and results before use.

7. App Store Terms

Your use of SawPlan is also subject to the terms and policies of the platform
from which you downloaded the application, including:

• Apple App Store Terms of Service
• Google Play Terms of Service

In the event of a conflict between those platform terms and these Terms,
the applicable app store terms shall govern as required.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue SawPlan at any time without notice.

Your license to use the application automatically terminates if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SawPlan after
changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
